Brian has a strong business acumen and excels at building strong relationships, understanding complex business motivators, and partnering with the business to provide sound advice and support on transforming their talent acquisition strategies to enable success. While managing portfolios across Canada, Brian was responsible for building a Canadian Bank’s U.S. Talent Acquisition function and was an integral part of the Bank’s M&A deal team. He has been successful at resourcing large multimillion dollar projects on time and on budget.
